I acknowledge that Attha Academy has offered me access to consultation or training services for an agreed payment amount, to be made through the Attha Academy website. I agree to pay this amount either in full as a single payment or through an approved instalment plan within the agreed timeframes. I confirm that all information I have provided is accurate. I understand that if I miss or fail to make any payment, Attha Academy may pause or cancel my access to services, and additional fees or charges may apply. I further understand that services will only be reinstated once all overdue payments, fees, and charges have been fully resolved.
