This document is provided by Attha Academy (ABN 15 469 914 286), referred to in this document as “Attha Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

Attha Academy is the successor to Attha Holdings and Attha Media. References to those names in earlier materials, such as calendar setup guides and copyright notices, should be read as references to Attha Academy.

2.What these terms cover

These terms apply to every product and service we provide (together, the “Services”). This includes MySECRETS Calendar™, consultations, training programs, classroom and online courses, workshops, and any other free or paid service, as well as information on our website, in our emails and on our social media channels.

In these terms, “you” means anyone who buys or uses the Services, whether as a customer, student, affiliate or other user. You accept these terms at our payment gateway (checkout) before your purchase is completed.

These terms are written in English, and the English version applies. If you use the translate button on our website or another translation tool, the translation is provided for convenience only and may not be accurate.

3.Nature of our Services

Some of our Services are predictive in nature. For legal purposes, they may contain information that could be regarded as fortune-telling (how the law defines this varies from country to country). Any such information is provided without any guarantee and is open to interpretation, both by us and by you. Our interpretation may differ from yours.

The information in our Services, and on our website, social media channels, training programs and consultations, is for general knowledge, educational and informational purposes only. It is not guaranteed, complete or exhaustive, and should not be relied on as entirely factual.

4.MySECRETS Calendar™

MySECRETS Calendar™ (“MSC”) is a digital product. It is a personalised daily forecast created from the birth details you give us (date of birth, time of birth, sex at birth and hemisphere of birth). Please check your details carefully before you complete your purchase, because your calendar is created from them.

The daily codes and descriptions in your calendar, including those about health, money, relationships and work, are general indications only. We do not guarantee them, and they are not a substitute for professional advice (see section 6).

Your calendar covers the term shown on your order confirmation. We deliver it by email and/or a download link, as a PDF and/or a calendar (.ics) file. You are responsible for adding it to your device by following the setup guide. Calendar apps such as Google Calendar and Apple Calendar are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for how they work, change or display your calendar.

5.Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions in response to, or in reliance on, the information in the Services. This includes how you interpret the information, how you share it, and any use or misuse of it. How you understand the information depends on your own circumstances and your understanding of the language it is provided in. This also applies to anyone you share the information with, in full or in part.

By purchasing our Services, you agree not to rely solely on the information in the Services, or on anything provided by telephone, online training, consultation, workshop or related materials, in any form.

6.Health and professional advice

Exercise and meditation. Instructions and advice in our content (written, audio and/or video) are for general knowledge only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or counselling, and should NOT be treated as a diagnosis or as health recommendations. Before you begin any exercise program provided by Attha Academy, consult your doctor. Not all exercises and health advice suit everyone. If you feel discomfort or pain when starting or during a program, stop.

Health, money and other matters. Information in our Services about health, money, legal matters, relationships or work is general only. It is not medical, financial, investment or legal advice. Please get advice from a qualified professional before making important decisions, and never delay or ignore medical advice because of anything in our Services.

7.Limits of our responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website, in our emails, on social media and in our other channels accurate and up to date. However, it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no promise or warranty (express or implied) that any information is reliable, accurate, timely, useful or complete, and we are not responsible for errors or omissions.

To the extent permitted by law, Attha Academy and its directors, partners, employees, affiliates, content contributors, web developers and marketers are not liable for any claim, loss or damage arising from your use of the information in the Services, however you obtain it. This includes information from online and classroom training, workshops and consultations.

Your consumer rights. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If you are outside Australia, consumer protection laws in your country may also give you rights that cannot be excluded.

8.Privacy and personal information

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Personal information is any information that can identify you, or be used to trace your identity, either on its own or when combined with other information. We collect, use and disclose personal information in line with applicable privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect and why. When you buy MySECRETS Calendar™, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, language, device type and birth details (date of birth, time of birth range, sex at birth and hemisphere of birth). We use this information to process your order, create and deliver your personalised calendar, and provide support. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, and their handling of your payment details is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our privacy practices include:

• collecting personal information only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes;
• handling personal information lawfully, fairly and transparently;
• keeping personal information accurate and up to date;
• keeping personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected; and
• giving you access to your personal information, and the ability to correct or delete it, on request.

9.Your copy of these terms

Your order confirmation email includes a copy of, or a download link to, the version of these terms that you accepted at checkout. The version number and effective date are shown at the top of this document. Please download and keep a copy for your records.

If we change these terms in future, the new version applies to purchases made after its effective date. The version you accepted continues to apply to your purchase.
