4. Terms of Business, Service, and Support

This agreement outlines the comprehensive terms for using Attha Academy’s Programs and websites, defining the relationship between the user and Attha Academy, covering key areas such as Payment, Data & Security; Delivery of Products & Services; and Refunds & Returns.

Before committing to a purchase, consumers have the option to stop at the “acceptance point” to cancel or contact Attha Academy directly with questions or concerns. By registering as a student, volunteer, employee, consultant, adviser, teacher, or partner, or by clicking the “Accept Link”, the buyer confirms understanding and agreement to these Terms and Conditions, effective from the date and time of the online transaction.
1. Payment & Data Security Orders can be placed via email or web and are not processed until full payment is received and verified. Payment options include an Agreed Payment Plan via the website, direct money transfer to Attha Academy’s bank account via the website payment gateway, or credit card/EFT using PayPal, Stripe, or Google Pay via the website payment gateway. Cash should not be sent by mail. Right and title to products and services only pass to the buyer upon receipt of full payment, including associated taxes and charges.
Agreed Payment Plan · Line Of Credit, Terms & Conditions: Attha Academy offers customers a line of credit to access consultations or services, under which they agree to repay the total amount in defined instalments over a specified term outlined in writing. If the customer fails to make any payment as agreed, Attha Academy reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel the arrangement and may pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts. The academy retains basic contact details, such as name, address, and communication information, for customer support and future service offerings, and does not sell, trade, or share this information with third parties, except where legally required.
This information is held securely on encrypted servers managed by secure hosting providers. Credit card numbers are not recorded on Attha Academy’s system but reside within financial services provider systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay), with all transactions processed using 128-bit SSL encryption technology. Attha Academy processes user information according to its Data Protection and Privacy Policy, and users consent to this processing.
Regarding data transmission and cookies, Attha Academy uses PayPal, Stripe, and Google Pay systems as payment options over the internet, and their respective policies for information transmission can be viewed on their websites. Attha Academy uses “cookies,” which are small, harmless files stored on your computer, providing a numeric user ID and storing basic information. These cookies inform Attha Academy that you are an existing or prior customer and provide certain website features.
However, Attha Academy does not store any personal information (other than that essential to provide predictions, readings, and other services) or financial information about you using cookies. While most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can instruct your browser to prevent their use; however, disabling this feature may limit functionality on the Attha Academy website.
2. Delivery of Products & Services Attha Academy endeavours to handle all orders in a timely manner to minimize inconvenience to customers and ensure timely delivery of services. Automatic Orders (electronic download) are processed immediately, typically within minutes, with confirmation emails and download instructions.
Physical Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, and physical goods are typically shipped within two (2) business days of receipt of your payment. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) excluding public holidays in Australia. If an order cannot be filled due to reasons such as payment not being received, being out-of-stock, server issues, or Force Majeure, Attha Academy will notify you by email within two (2) days of the delay or if a backorder exists, and credit back all payments received. A commercial invoice will be enclosed with every shipment, and it is recommended that you retain a copy of the email payment notice and/or the order verification page as a temporary receipt for evidence of purchase and for any inquiry purposes prior to delivery.
For international shipments, Attha Academy applies no export restrictions and ensures proper packaging and labelling using sturdy materials and clear, compliant labelling to prevent damage during transit and enhance the safety and efficiency of shipments. Each country has its own import and export regulations, so Attha Academy ensures that all necessary shipping documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, are accurate and compliant with the laws of the countries involved, to avoid delays and additional costs. Customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties.
3. Refunds & Returns Process A full refund or exchange is provided if goods are faulty or do not function as intended, with notification sent in writing to atthaacademy@gmail.com within five (5) business days of receipt. Refunds will not be issued if there is no verifiable proof of purchase, the customer simply changes their mind, finds similar goods cheaper elsewhere, or the goods were damaged after purchase (unless due to normal, recommended use).
If a refund is approved, where possible, it will be made directly to your original account used for the purchase, or other nominated payment account. When returning goods, it is essential that you obtain a Return Authorization Code by emailing Attha Academy and provide full original order details (order ID, order date, your name, email address, mailing address, and a clear statement outlining the problem with the product). Depending on the product, you must pack the item in a padded post bag or rugged box, marked with Attha Academy’s return address. All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit.
The cost of postage and/or freight for returns is for the account of the buyer, and Attha Academy does not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) for returns. You must include the original shipping document received with your order to aid in speeding up the refund/return process. Additionally, you must send back the purchased goods to the return shipping address provided by email from Attha Academy.
4. About Attha Academy and its Services Attha Academy is a content developer and services provider offering consultation and training based on extensive prior research and intellectual property. Its services include:
- Personalised Life Analysis and Life Planning: Tailored consultations and training to understand life journeys and people.
- Feng Shui: Consultations and training to optimise environments and provide protection.
- Life Planning, Health & Wellbeing Services: Such as the MySECRETS Calendar for daily planning and life forecasting, and Energise with Qi Gong for health and mental wellbeing. Attha Academy’s content and services are developed for commercial launch via digital media, including for resell and white label branding. Access to programs is permitted on a temporary basis, and Attha Academy reserves the right to withdraw or amend services without notice. Users are responsible for ensuring all persons accessing programs through their connection comply with these Terms.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property When you provide user content (data, images, text, etc.), you represent and warrant that you are entitled to grant Attha Academy a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use it for commercial purposes, including modification, reproduction, and distribution in marketing. You confirm that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, violate laws, or contain malicious material.
Attha Academy may remove non-compliant user content and has the right to disclose your identity if third parties claim their rights are violated. Unless otherwise stated, Attha Academy is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in its content and programs, and all such rights are reserved. You must not use Attha Academy’s intellectual property without prior written consent, and any goodwill arising from the use of its programs accrues to Attha Academy.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity Materials on training programs, content services, or predictions are not intended as advice, and users should not rely on them. They are provided without guarantees as to accuracy or freedom from harmful material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attha Academy expressly excludes all conditions, representations, warranties, and any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with its programs or the use, inability to use, or results of the use thereof. This exclusion includes losses related to income, business, profits, data, or physical injury. Users indemnify Attha Academy against any loss, liability, and cost resulting from a breach of user obligations under these Terms.
7. Miscellaneous Provisions Users must not misuse programs by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access. Attha Academy does not guarantee security from bugs or viruses, and users are responsible for their own virus protection. Attha Academy is not responsible for safeguarding children or vulnerable adults but reserves the right to restrict access or refer information to authorities if harm is suspected.
Users may link to Attha Academy’s home or social media pages if done fairly and legally, but must not suggest any association or endorsement where none exists. Links from Attha Academy’s platforms to third-party resources are for information only, and Attha Academy holds no control or responsibility over their content.
